How much does a pest control treatment cost?

Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes, we offer rapid-response call-outs throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Depending on the situation and your location, we can be with you as quickly as possible.
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
We use methods and products that are approved for use in Switzerland, adapted to each specific situation. We will advise you on the precautions to take before, during and after the treatment.
How do I know if I have bed bugs?
The most common signs are: bites in a line or cluster, small black spots on sheets or the mattress, and the presence of flat, brown insects in the mattress seams. If in doubt, a canine detection visit can quickly confirm whether bed bugs are present.
Who pays for bed bug treatment: the tenant or the landlord?
In Switzerland, responsibility depends on the origin of the infestation. Generally, if the bed bugs were present before the tenant moved in, the landlord is responsible. If the tenant introduced them, the cost falls to the tenant. We can help you clarify your situation.
How do I tell the difference between a rat and a mouse?
A rat is considerably larger (20–25 cm body length, not including the tail) with a rounded snout, while a mouse is small (6–9 cm) with proportionally large ears. Rat droppings are larger (1–2 cm) than mouse droppings (3–6 mm).
What should I do if I find a wasp nest?
Never attempt to destroy a wasp nest yourself. Keep your distance and contact a professional. Removing a nest requires appropriate protective equipment and specialist products.
Are pigeons dangerous to health?
Yes, pigeon droppings can transmit diseases (psittacosis, salmonellosis, cryptococcosis) and trigger allergies. They also degrade facades and structures. Professional cleaning and decontamination are strongly recommended.
Can a tenant have a cat safety net installed?
Yes, there are no-drill or fully reversible fixing solutions perfectly suited for tenants. The installation is discreet and leaves no trace when removed.
How many visits are needed to eliminate bed bugs?
As a rule, 2 to 3 visits are required for a chemical treatment, spaced 10 to 14 days apart. A heat treatment can be effective in a single visit. A post-treatment inspection is always recommended.
Do you cover the whole of Canton Vaud?
Yes, we cover the entire canton of Vaud as well as the cantons of Geneva, Fribourg and Neuchâtel. Contact us to confirm coverage for your area.
Is the Asian hornet present in French-speaking Switzerland?
